I believe that you cannot possibly find a better agent. Nick works throughout the search and then really goes to work on the negotiations and he will get you much more then you could think possible in your real estate transaction. Every detail in the purchase was covered. Nick pointed out aspectsof the transaction that I would have missed. In our 45 years of buying and selling houses, I have never had such a good experience.
